New boilers are energy efficient

On average, central heating equates to roughly 60% of your household energy bills, so having a more efficient boiler can make a sizeable difference to your bills. If you haven't upgraded your boiler for the last 15-20 years, it's time to install a new condensing boiler. Why? New condensing boilers are usually at least 90% efficient. 
How? The water vapour in the exhaust gases condense and recover heat which are otherwise lost in non-condensing boilers. On average, they are typically 25% more efficient than older, non-condensing boilers and they are typically safer to use.

New boilers are smaller

When installing a new, modern replacement boiler, you needn't worry about size location. Why? New boilers are much smaller than their predecessors! There are also more options for hiding it and they can be easily wall mounted when getting the boiler installed.
As a result, new boilers can be hidden in a cupboard in the kitchen, bathroom or storage room. If your boiler is installed upstairs then there are new boilers significantly quieter than old models. This is really practical if the boiler is upstairs next to your bedroom.

New boilers are compatible with modern TRVs and room thermostats that allow you to set temperatures in each room separately. Not only does this allow each individual in the house to set the temperature in their room to a comfortable level, it also allows you, as the homeowner, to save money on your energy bills. 
Also, spare rooms that are only used occasionally can be set at a low level so the room is not heated unnecessarily.
